How do I add an epic in Jira?
Click Issue in the top-left corner. Select an issue type other than epic. Find the Epic Link field, and select your epic. Fill in any other details and click Create.
To set this up in your team-managed project:
- Navigate to your board.
- In the top-right corner, select the Group by menu.
- Select Epic.
How do I download epics in Jira?
If you want to export specific fields from your issues, including the Epic link:
- At the right side of the search bar, select “list view”
- Then, add the column “Epic Link” > Click in Export > Select “Export Excel CSV (Current fields)”
Are there epics in Jira?
